4:00 and 7:00 PM Parent Link Meetings in the MHS Learning Commons
Identical meetings by the principal that will cover:
- The Redesigned PSAT and SAT and how this specifically impacts seniors, juniors, sophomores and freshmen

Career and College Readiness Day for all MHS students on October 28th, 2015 and what that means for each students
- PSAT pre-assessment
- College Applications
- Resume prep for career and scholarships opportunities
Definition of Parent Link: Parent Link provides parents with opportunities and information that strengthens their partnership with Monroe High School.
On October 28 2015 will be having a Career and College Ready Day. 12th graders will be be scheduled with their TFT for the entire morning with targeted post-secondary opportunities that will be explained at this meeting.
You will also have the opportunity to hear how every 9th, 10th and 11th grader will be taking the PSAT on October 28th, 2015, and how you can help prepare your child for it. You will also learn how to maximize the results of the PSAT for Career and College Ready options. You will then be able to use this information to ask the college reps, who will be in the commons, targeted questions regarding the SAT.
We have scheduled the October Parent Link meeting, and College Parent night during conferences to maximize the evening for parents!
